If you could combine the wisdom of Gandalf with Ricky Gervais sense of humor, you’d get Hany. If there’s anything other agencies envy us for it’s our HR Manager Mr. Hany Al Qubaisi. For he’s as sharp, experienced, sophisticated and funny as it’s hard to pronounce his last name. Have you ever laughed your ass off watching a drama film like Magnolia or Requiem for a dream? Neither have I, but after Hany had started a movie night routine here at The Creative Zone, tears of laughter starting hitting everyone at the office at the hardest tragedies. You may think of the HR guy as the typical “mowazaf sho2on 3amlen” of any “maslaha hokomeya”, the guy that handles interviews and attendance with an excel sheet opened 24/7 on his computer and a cup of neverending tea bil ne3na3 that never leaves his desk, and you’d be right for the most part, but Hany is something completely different.
For starters, rarely do you ever meet an HR manager that takes into consideration the value of the employee’s outcome rather than punctuality and discipline. The latter would always make the manager’s job easier, just monitor the check-ins and check-outs, and enforce order in the place. However, in Hany’s case, he’s the one who initiates the chaos in the first place. He understands very well the creative nature of the place, and he knows law and order are not what’s going to unleash creativity. His ways weren’t born at the moment; they’re the results of more than ten years of experience and a mountain of read books in the human resources field. To summarize, we are fortunate to have Hany, and wouldn’t replace him for the world.
